I used Emmersons Solicitors to create my Will for me. The service was made very clear upfront and the staff were very professional, approachable, helpful and quick to respond to communications throught the process. I would definately recommend them without hesitation.

I went to Emmersons for advice on probate matters, which were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. After this change in circumstances, I was advised to make my will. We discussed my ideas, and I provided the necessary details, after which a draft was presented for my approval. I was able to consult by email on any changes/questions. It was a very smooth process and not stressful at all. I would happily recommend Emmersons for probate and willmaking.

DANGER ⛔️ ⛔️ DANGER ⚠️ ⚠️ DANGER ⛔️ ⛔️ Gosforth office!! Family law I would avoid this company and I recommend everyone avoiding this company. There are money grabbing robbers. I told them the situation and they told me they could take the case on. I paid £250 pound to have a meeting with Elizabeth this solicitor, she give me all the intentions and promised me the world that she could take the case on and then I got a emails Off them saying that they had spoke to the directors of the company and Elizabeth was not a good fit, but that is conflict information between the solicitor and the Director of the firm So I am officially £250 pound down and back to square one please please avoid this company at all costs and save yourself money😡!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT ADVICE!! Very unprofessional when Elizabeth was talking about other clients cases to me. And also told me about her 2 sister been school teachers and asking if it’s ok to get intouch with other professionals. Very unprofessional and two faced. Can’t reply to emails but they reply to reviews just shows how unprofessional they are. And only interested in your money and that is it. They are cowards as they don’t tell you that they can’t deal with your case. They just email in there own time just just lead you on thinking they can help with your case and they really can’t!!!! Avoid people

Emmersons Solicitors have provided an excellent service creating our wills and Lasting Power of Attorney for Health and Wealthfare and Property and Finance. We were supported at every stage of the procedure, everything was fully explained. Tracy Hammond guided us through the task of putting our wishes into official documentation. Alicia Speed took us through the final version of the wills with full and detailed explanations and Joanne Brown kept us up to date with progress. It is a difficult time planning for the future, ensuring family are looked after and simplifying things for the family when the time comes. Our experience with Emmersons has been first class and I would highly recommend them.
