I have used Emsleys solicitors with regards to a few legal matters. I must say they have been absolutely fantastic! on both occasions. I had quite a complex enquiry that was dealt with expertly and sensitively. Unfortunately the cost would be too much to pursue further but I wasn’t pressured or pushed at any point. I was given time to think about it and Ikram came back with lots of information for me. They were brilliant and if I had the funds I would definitely use Emsleys

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Claire Garside at Emsleys.. At my appointment, the solicitor assured me they would take certain actions, only to later backtrack after consulting their manager. Instead of explaining why they couldn’t proceed, I was simply told, “We can do that later,” leaving me confused and frustrated. On top of that, I was given advice that was supposed to be correct, yet they manipulated the situation to make me doubt my own position. This led to them pushing further unnecessary advice, which, whether I accepted it or not. I was billed for through lengthy, unnecessary emails. When I trusted my own judgment instead of their scare-mongering tactics, I was proven right, but I still had to pay for their poor advice. I raised a formal complaint about their handling of my case, but no meaningful action was taken to address my concerns. d on generating fees than providing ethical, high-quality legal support. Not all solicitors operate like this—there are many professionals out there who genuinely care about their clients. Unfortunately, this firm did not meet that standard. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering their services.

Rosalind has been fantastic as a solicitor and also in advise in general. Whenever I was not feeling confident, she had the right words to reassure me and always seemed to be confident after speaking to her
