Imrana took on my case at the very last minute when I needed help last year and was so supportive through the process, helping me make clear practical decisions with all the information. She continued with me until it was resolved, everything was taken care of on my behalf, I understood what was happening throughout and it made the whole process a lot easier and less anxiety inducing. Imrana & Larisa have been really great with the service provided . When going through difficult times in life , everything may seem overwhelming. However, with the support and guidance from Imrana, it took some weight off from shoulders. Imrana had supported me with my divorce not so long ago . However, at the time, due to personal circumstances, l could not sort the financial matters at the same time. When the time was right, I had no hesitation to return back to Imrana to sort support with the financial matters . I saw Imrana masters recently who I have spoken to a few times over the phone but this was my 1st face to face consultation. She was very helpful with filling out a form I needed help with and explained it very well as we were going through it. She answered any questions I had and put me at ease. I would definitely go back to imrana as I was so nervous about going however, she made me feel like I was talking to a friend and not a solicitor. She was very professional yet very friendly .There is car parking there which is really handy.
