I can’t recommend Andrew Grant enough, especially Louise and her team. From start to finish they were incredibly supportive and kept everything moving smoothly. They went above and beyond with their communication – not just with us, but also with the seller and solicitors – which made the whole process so much less stressful. Louise was always quick to respond, kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure any issues were resolved promptly. I met Mel (Latham) for the first time towards the end of 2025 for an initial financial review. Mel was instantly warm, personable and easy to chat to, as he sought to understand my particular situation. In a short space of time, he has already highlighted some points of great significance to me and my family, which we greatly appreciate. We shall be returning to FACE in the future!
