I am SO glad I was given the contact details for BK Plus. My job has a different tax situation from any other and I'm terrified of making a mistake on my tax return. The team is so friendly, warm and human! When I ring them in a panic they are calm and reassuring. Everything is done promptly and efficiently, it's very easy for me to do the bits they need me to do and all electronically which works much better for me. I do not have a single negative word about anything they do, this is the second year they have filed my return and they inherited somewhat of a mess from my previous accountants. Thank you to everyone there for removing a great deal of stress from my life.
