The amount of times I’ve been paid late (two weeks late once!!) and even when it’s to do with direct payments, they say that they’ve flagged the issue up with the employer and the employer has received nothing to show that there’s an issue. If they did this, we could get the issue resolved in time for the pay date. The attitude that I get from some of the staff is unbelievable. I’ve spoken to Kim today and she was very polite to me, but anyone else that I’ve spoken to have just been plain rude and not understanding. Im sure they’d absolutely love it if their pay was late.
Feels like you constantly have issues with this company. Feels like it's every month there is an issue and when you call ypu get ow yes ill sort that for you and low and behold nothing gets sorted so you have to call again and more than often again. Makes me want to leave my job just to get away from paypacket. If I could give 0 stars I would.
We had a few issues at the beginning with timesheets, but the girls we spoke to on the phone were very helpful and sorted things out very quickly for us. I've called a few times with different questions and anyone I speak to seems to be able to help there and then without passing me onto someone else. Very well done to you all ❤️
I have been dealing with paypacket now for several years and it’s come with its challenges. You often won’t get paid on time even when timesheets are sent on time. When you call up to ask why you’ve not been paid the staff are often rude and dont accept any responsibility. I’ve wanted to leave bad feedback for some time but dont like doing so but today after dealing with Kerry now is the time. Spoke to Kerry today as payment again not come through and she had an attitude with me from the get go. She blamed me for sending timesheets in late although I’ve sent them in late before and been paid straight away and I’ve also sent them in on time plenty of times and still not been paid. There is no reason why I should not of been paid as it’s a managed account and the money is there. Over the years these guys have caused me a lot of stress. Being a care worker is hard work and you don’t get paid a lot to do it so this wage has been essential for me to pay my bills. They just don’t seem to get the importance of being paid on time and how important their job is. I really hope In future they do better as I don’t want people having the same experience as me. Caring for clients through direct payments should of made my life a lot easier but dealing with paypacket has made it more stressful than working for the big care companies.
In my 4 years experience it wasn't great at the start but these days things seem to be correct. They are good for answering phone calls. I do wonder where the information on holidays comes from as they change it so often depending on who you speak to. Payslips are always on time and pays too. It gets better the longer your with them.
