Anna was professional, well-prepared, and thorough throughout the process. She communicated clearly, kept the audit structured and focused, and ensured we understood both the requirements and the expectations at each stage. Her approach was fair and constructive, which made the process smooth and efficient. Total Compliance as a company have the knowledge and skills as you would expect for Guidance within the Transport Industry. In addition to a Diligent and comprehensive service, what you get in addition that is beyond expectation, is a Face and a friend when feeling under pressure and needing that support. In particular Anna Sheardown is an inspirational figure, above and beyond industry knowledge, based on being a nice person, Anna is someone who we could all learn a lot from and i consider her as a friend, which is a quality often overlooked.
