Low Cost Accounts are great value for Money. I was with a previous accountant for Many years and felt the price I was paying over the years was becoming very expensive Rammie was introduced to me from one of my loyal customers. Very happy with the transition. Low cost Accounts are very responsive. Very happy with service provided to me so far. Very helpful and all questions have been answered extremely efficiently. Going forward I’m looking forward to working with the team.

We couldn’t recommend Lost Cost Accountants enough. Rammie has been amazing for our business, always reassuring, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. She makes us feel like we have all the answers to our questions, and we leave every meeting feeling confident and reassured. It has been my first experience with an accounting company so far but even with such unfamiliarity with this kind of business I can honestly say I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Cristina has been my dedicated accountant and she handled my tax return seamlessly. I felt lots of support and understanding. The consistent email exchange, clear communication and proactive advice resulted in building trust and helped me relax and hand over all to her. After years of changing accountants due to the lack of their expertise I was very lucky in Google search to find the LCA… After a first call kindly by Richard the Manager a lovely gentleman everything moved very quickly by different group of his colleagues , as I have a limited company as a Dermatologist also working for NHS and paid as PAYE it was very impressive that how quickly they put orders to my accounts, . With my limited company regarding my private practice which very randomly I may have patients the previous accountant made big mistakes and unnecessarily, with Payrol tax of my limited company , afterwards shockingly I received letters by HMRC about an outstanding balance a big amount of money , which not just financially but I thought it’s the principles that I shouldn’t pay the balance due to the mistake of previous accountant, also few times called HMRC and some of their staff kindly mentioned that as the only employee as the director I could dispute first before payment as Payrol tax for my limited company . Daniel the Payrol Manager very kindly took the action and confirmed that it should be 0 payment . Although still I need to wait for HMRC to confirm . I believe LCA deserves to be regarded as an Accountancy organisation that provides a very organised professional caring and high quality service to their clients . I should Thank Laura whom mostly I’ve been communicating , also Rammie, for their impressive service and organised work pattern with excellent communication skills. I can’t Thank enough to all the team in LCA and Daniel genuinely and I am very grateful for their professional and through service and definitely will recommend them to everyone. Farideh
