Myself & my husband needed help with sorting our rental property tax & make disclosures. We had no idea where to begin & felt very overwhelmed with the prospect of it all. When we realised we needed a Let Property Campaign to help we googled a few & looked at reviews. Thandi Nicholls had great reviews & the website site gave me confidence. From the very first conversation I felt we could get things sorted. We had a main advisor Nicole Walker who was just amazing & helped us navigate the volume of paperwork we had to provide & how to do it on the spread sheets. No question was too silly & Nicole had so much patience when we didn’t quite get it right. Thankfully with Nicole’s help it is all sorted. Nicole kept in contact when we were waiting for the disclosures to be accepted. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her help. It has been one of the most stressful things I think we have done but made so much better with her help & support. I would absolutely recommend their services they really have been amazing.

I’ve got nothing but praise for the whole team at Thandi Nicholls. I reached out to them before we had even left the UK and connected with Jennie who has been there for nearly two years, holding my (somewhat nervous hand!) right the way through. Submitting our first tax return was painless and the whole team was very efficient. Even when I stupidly made an error on my form, they jumped in to resolve the situation. I have used this accountancy firm over the years for both personal tax returns and company tax returns. I can only use one word to describe them: phenomenal! They always answer the phone, respond to queries quickly, have incredible knowledge and go the extra mile to get my tax returns completed by their deadlines by working over the weekend when I hand them in in January. I cannot thank Isobel and Ben enough (and the many others) who continue to do amazing work for me over the years. I would recommend this company to anyone needing tax or accountancy services particularly in relation to property.
