Justine took the time to understand what I was looking for. A new challenge, not just a job, and even rejecting an application I had made. Instead recommending that I apply for a Sales Manager position with an almost immediate start. I am challenging myself daily and looking forward to every day. Thank you for listening to me, when I couldn’t.
Justine was great, very helpful and had great communication throughout my transition to a new role!
I have worked with Beverly on a collaborative basis for several years now, she is a true professional and I look forward to a continued successful working relationship
Courtney contacted me for a job opportunity. She forwarded my CV to the company and kept me up to date with every stage of the process. A few days later, she reached me to say, I have been shortlisted for an interview. That was great... Next stage... she was with me all through the process, providing advice and support, and checking to see if I was okay. She even spoke to me 10 minutes before my interview 😁❤️. Communication was perfect. Stage 3.... Courtney called me the day after my interview to break the good news to me..” she said, “ Nancy congratulations, you have been successful, the company has offered you the job”. I am just about to start a great new role thanks to your fantastic services. I am very excited. Courtney you are very good at your job. You deserve a gold medal🏅🥇🎖🏆. I would highly recommend Futures Recruitment to all my friends and families.
Sadly a generic recruiter, strong start then service and communication rapidly degraded across the process… Applied for a local senior role (Director of Operations), good communication initially. When performing my due diligence on employer was assured by Futures it was strong and long established but could not tell me company details until CV submission. From CV submission a Zoom interview with employers directors was fast-tracked, I had prepared best I could then shortly before it was randomly cancelled due apparently do to a client’s arrival, then shortly before original time was called to say directors could interview, out of professionalism I accepted. The interview was quite odd with only one director paying any attention to video call and neither seemed to have any agenda or indeed any interview experience whatsoever, and spent majority of time drilling down on to how I would improve their business... I was at end of interview asked to then attend an immediate face to face at their office which I accepted. From initial interview and employers information I then drilled down into employers company and directors histories, my investigations produced a very weak employer that was very young and directors having 28+ failed companies. Sadly Futures hadn't done any due diligence and had stated a far more positive picture. With previous experience of turning around distressed businesses I took a view that I would see this process through, to be both professional and explore lateral angles and accepted the face to face interview. Just before leaving for interview I randomly checked my emails to receive one from Futures stating interview had been cancelled, and with no tangible reasons or indeed offer of alternative dates, all very odd. Subsequent to this I again had to chase Futures only to be told that employer was no longer interviewing and had cancelled recruitment drive, and that they were partly responsible for delays due to an external issue (again vague). In summary I can only assume the employer was simply fishing for free business advice, and given Futures service degraded in-line with employers actions I cannot help feeling they knew far more than they were disclosing… I did raise this with Futures and received a very brief call stating I would receive detailed follow after weekend to explore other options, this unsurprisingly never happened, I then took the time to email and yet again be pro-active, but absolute radio silence. From other feedback Futures look to be moderately proficient at entry level or first jobs, but evidently managed my process poorly at best, and suspicious at worst.
