I contacted this company to deal with my case and they told me that the correct solicitor would contact me which he did and I provided him the documents. I then never received anything back for a week and I then emailed again to see if I could make an appointment and he emailed back to say that before he can see me he needs to look at the documents which he satiated would take him 3-4 hours which would be £350 plus VAT per hour which I stated i didn’t feel comfortable with this as I wanted a prior appointment to speak face to face for up to an hour as I have had issues before with solicitors and didn’t want to be put into another vulnerable position. However he refused and said he did not work like this and that he needs to go through all the documents before he sees me. What is the point me paying nearly 2k for him to review the documents before I can see how he is and if I am comfortable with him being my solicitors. I would rather lose money on a 1 hour rate to see him rather than wasting my time and even more money, which he stated he doesn’t like clients losing money however this is a prime example of me losing money if I felt after seeing him I wouldn’t be comfortable working with him.

Was told I would get a call back but got an email instead. They haven't replied to my email I sent 4 days ago. Would be nice just to get a reply.
