Horrific experience working with GEE UK / Expandly. So much inventory is being lost with zero accountability from their side. Shipments were never received and they cannot provide proof that they boxes were actually shipped out but you are still expected pay the fees because according to them everything is accurate on their end. They lost hundreds of inventory and there is proof that their numbers to not add up with incoming bulk versus shipping out units. They do NOT care at all. They just shrug things off and say this is policy. Their numbers on Mint Soft is accurate. Toni and Millie are awful and do not even attempt to see it your way. It's literally they are right, period. We are leaving and cannot tolerate this anymore. We are leaving, speechless.

We stopped business with GEE because of their uncompetitive pricing. Later we noticed that GEE has been issuing invoices with incorrect VAT. We checked the case with a large accounting firm and forwarded the result to GEE. GEE acknowledged that these invoices would need to be corrected, however, the invoices remain unchanged until now and we are not receiving any replies from GEE anymore. To GEE: If you stop ignoring my emails and reply, I will update this review.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was a joke. By far, this has been the worst experience I've had with a company. We tried to work with them for 5 months, but communication was terrible. They would take days to respond to emails, and even then, they wouldn't answer our questions. The phone was useless, as they only directed us back to email. Another major issue was their invoices - they were unclear and unfair. We almost had legal problems because they charged us 30 times what was originally quoted for deliveries. When we brought this up, their response was simply that we had to pay because it was in the contract. On top of this, they charged an hourly rate for no reason, and at extremely high levels. For example, they charged us 1 hour and 45 minutes for checking in a few small boxes. Their prices are also high, which we knew, but who will think that it would take 2 hours to check-in 5 small boxes? Also, we asked specifically how was the process of check-in and what were the requirements, as we had 7 pallets arriving, to which we had no answers and ended-up paying so much for their failure to provide information regarding pallets and the process. Anyways, for every invoice they gave us there were some surprises. We had also planned to use lithium batteries for our business, for which we paid extra. However, it turned out that they weren't even able to handle these deliveries, which was ridiculous, as all of this was asked in advance. To make things worse, they used UPS as their courier service, which provided a horrific service and made our business look bad in our clients' eyes. Dealing with this company for 5 months was a source of stress and a waste of money. Some of their staff were also rude and unprofessional, except for Wayne, who sincerely tried to help us. Do yourself a favour and go for a better company. Their prices are high and the service is not worth it.

Beware of a big scam! Incomplete documentation in the accounting, pallets are packed so tightly that the storage costs have to be counted twice, every handshake is calculated, a box FBA sent in came to around €10 for me (I paid for the label separately with Amazon)

DO NOT USE GLOBAL E-COMMERCE EXPERTS. Especially if you sell on Amazon. After failing to de-register my VAT, after I explicitly authorized them to so, paid my final UK Duties to the HMRC. Amazon deactivated my UK account, then subsequently my US account. After 10 years of selling and millions of dollars. Gone. Oh and they don't return emails or calls.
