I have started my case with graham coffee it's nearly 2 years now finally they move it to solicitor express called and they didn't told me that they are changing it to them and now I can't even talk to my solicitor face to face all the agreement I had with them is changed to completely now near I would recommend it to everyone not to go to this agency or company at all honestly and I will definitely advertise not to go to all people in Manchester,with what they did to me.

I used Graham Coffey solicitors for a claim against a bad car driver who crashed into me a couple of years ago whilst out cycling. They went above and beyond to make sure i was compensated properly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment i sent them an email right through to being paid it was absolutely flawless. I know where to go now if i need a solicitor again. For the record i am using my business name to make this review not my real name.

I am very unhappy with the service I am receiving from Graham Coffey. My case was started in late 2024, and the last communication I received from them was in December 2024. In early February 2025, I tried to log into their touchpoint website, thinking I might have overlooked an important message. Unfortunately, when I entered the login details, I received an error stating, "The credentials you have supplied are incorrect, please check and try again." I reached out via email to the person who provided the login information, as well as to their mail@gcof address, and I also sent a message through the contact us form on their website, but I did not receive any replies to my inquiries. Since the start of 2025, I have not received any updates in regards to the status of my case from Graham Coffey, so I really don't know what is going on, which is quite disappointing, plus I am still unable to access the touchpoint website.
