We recently used Graham Smith Lawyers for the sale & purchase of our property. We could not have been happier with the service we received from Graham. We purchased a Grade 2 listed property which is our dream home but not without a few issues which were all clearly highlighted. Graham’s professionalism, integrity & communication at all times made the whole process completely stress free ( for us , maybe not for him!) Highly recommend.

We used Graham Smith Property Lawyers for our house purchase and were lucky to have Michael Green as our solicitor. He really knows his stuff and kept us constantly updated throughout. It was such a refreshing change to work with a solicitor who communicates clearly on the phone and in person, explains everything properly, and doesn’t just send vague emails full of legal jargon. Michael knows Watford like the back of his hand, which was a huge advantage. The support team were also fantastic, both Julie and Lauren were always quick to answer calls and emails, making the whole process run smoothly. Unlike other firms we’ve dealt with, nothing was ever pushed back onto us, everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Honestly, the best legal service we’ve ever had. Highly recommend using this firm, or at the very least, a solicitor local to the area, but definitely Graham Smith Property Lawyers first.

I can't thank Roksana at Graham Smith Property Lawyers enough. From day one she was incredibly quick, always available on the phone, and replied to emails almost instantly. I never once felt left in the dark, she kept me updated at every step and made sure the process moved forward without delays. What impressed me most was how she handled the other side's solicitors ,firm, professional, and always one step ahead.
