I have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Howell Solicitors. I feel qualified to do so as over the last 2 years we’ve made much use of their services. John Howell drew up my Father’s and Step Mother’s wills and they were very pleased with the result. When my Step Mother died, my Father - who had dementia - had to go into care, he died a few months later. As a result, John and his team have helped us with: Lasting Power of Attorney, Care Home finances, Probate, Conveyancing, (common tenancy), executing 2 wills, distribution of estates, advice on Inheritance Tax, Deprivation of Assets legislation and more. Throughout it all they have consistently provided us with excellent advice and support, promptly, and in a very personable and pragmatic manner, in doing so, they made the whole process so much easier, for which we were very grateful.

I can not recommend Daniel & the team at Harvey Howell more. They have helped soo much over the years, they helped me with my parents house both probate & selling it. Helped me sell my flat too there from so start to finish with both propities. Nothing is to much always available by phone & email, if not avaialable there & then replies soon as they possibly can. This is the second time I’ve used Harvey Howell (Daniel Sampson)The first was to arrange the sale of a house , the second to have Trust wills prepared for myself and my Wife.
