We had a great experience with Heald Solicitors recently, Alex took a reasonably complex brief for a business contract and understood it right away, when the client wanted changes he was prompt and detailed in enacting those. The communication was flawless and all things considered the price wasn't bad either, they offered good value for the work done. We can now move onto to the exciting project with peace of mind. 10/10

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience with Heald Solicitors – New Build Purchase 🏡 I recently used Heald Solicitors for the purchase of a new build property and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I had many questions throughout the process, and the team was incredibly patient, approachable, and thorough in answering them all 🙌. A heartfelt thank you to Kirsty, my solicitor, and her assistant Elaine, who both handled my case with professionalism and genuine care 💼. They were always easy to reach and took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly. I’d also like to thank Alex, who stepped in seamlessly to manage the exchange of contracts while Kirsty was away — everything went smoothly, which speaks volumes about the team's coordination and reliability 🔄. It’s clear that Heald Solicitors are not only responsible and well-organised, but also truly committed to their clients’ best interests ✅. The reason I’m giving 4.5 stars (rounded to 4 due to platform limitations) instead of a full 5 is down to two minor points: the service was slightly more expensive than some other solicitors 💷, and I felt that communication could have been a bit more proactive, particularly with regular updates on progress without me needing to follow up 📬. That said, I honestly wish I could give 5 stars ⭐️ — the service was excellent, and the dedication of the team really stood out. With a little improvement in those areas, they’d absolutely deserve a perfect rating. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would confidently recommend Heald Solicitors to anyone purchasing a property 🏠👏.

I conducted a lot of research, utilising recommendations from friends and cross referencing with reviews. I sent a handful of conveyancing firms a series of questions and asked for a comprehensive quote. I chose Heald as it seemed as if it would meet my needs of a diligent and hardworking conveyancing firm who would bring me the best chance of completing ahead of the SDLT changes. They didn't disappoint. My solicitor Ale (Alejandra) was fantastic, she was proactive in dealing with potential issues and managed to chivvy the rather slovenly vendor and his solicitor into action. She made time for me to run through things and supported me hugely with getting my admin sorted in a timely manner, including resending a couple of documents when I was unable to locate them. I asked a lawyer friend to check through my final documents (although not a conveyancing solicitor, she has bought a few properties) she commented that my solicitor seemed very thorough. I cannot thank Ale and her team enough for making what was quite a clunky process, as easy as it could possibly be. I cannot recommend her enough; she is exceptional.
