Contacted HEY solicitors for the first time today. Receptionist was friendly and polite and transferred me immediately to Mike for advice. He was nothing but polite, honest and very helpful in his advice and very willing to discuss my issues. From my experience today, I would definitely recommend them.

Tried several times to get in touch, with no call back (back in Jan/February). Eventually when I did manage to speak to someone they just gave me a different solicitor's contact number... who also did not reply to messages.

Unbelievably rude and deprecatory reception staff. Solicitors in my opinion have a superiority about them that I have experienced with no other firm, one named Jane especially; rude, disparaging and indignant . I have dealt with many solicitors in my day, this being the most appalling and hideous experience thus far.
