This was my second time using the services of HLF Berry and Imogen and I am so pleased we came back again. This time we sold our flat and purchased a house. Everything was always well communicated to us and I couldn’t be happier with the speed and quality of service provided. Contact was always easy to make, which isn’t the case with many solicitors, and I felt in the loop through out the whole process. Even when Imogen was on holiday, the support from the wider team was excellent during the critical final stages of the sale/purchase. We had some challenging points in the purchase but Imogen was readily available to provide advice and help navigate through them. The service was the same as last time, which is brilliant from start to finish. I will be coming back again in the future and I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!!

HLF Berry recently acted for us in the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one. The purchase transaction in particular was not straightforward but Imogen's service (and the others in the office when needed) was nothing short of exemplary. No doubt you can find cheaper conveyancing firms (although HLF Berry's fees are by no means uncompetitive) but you absolutely will not find a better quality service. They are thorough, helpful, and incredibly responsive. In my career I have worked for and with some of the largest commercial law firms in the country, and can honestly say I've never seen a better level of service. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had such a great experience with Imogen when buying our first home. She managed to get us from having our offer accepted to completion in just 3 months! Imogen always responded to our emails quickly and worked incredibly hard to move the process along. We were never waiting on her - any delays came from the vendor’s side. We couldn’t have asked for a more efficient, professional, and supportive solicitor. Highly recommend!
