This review has been a long time coming.. Sold my house back in April and also had a help to buy on it. I can honestly say the company is brilliant, it was local, had good reviews and so changed from the estate agent solicitor to this one after having seen more bad reviews than good from them, and I am so glad I did. There’s no denying the service is good and the work is clear and everyone I came in to contact with was good, but every single one of my props go to Laura Wheatley. Laura is the most professional, efficient, honest, loveliest person I have ever dealt with.. in any company I’ve had business with. Laura literally deserves all the good that comes to her. It was my first time selling a house and I was leaving the country at short notice and she made everything so seamless with fantastic communication. Thanks so much Laura and I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to write this but I hope you get the recognition you absolutely deserve and more ☺️

We have just completed a purchase and sale through Holden smith and would like to give a special mention to Laura Lauren and Zack! We would definitely recommend them for their communication, professionalism and support to get us over the line. It was pleasure to work with them which can be a stressful time but they remained positive throughout and I knew our process was in trusted hands 🙌🏻 thank-you again we will be in contact again in the future for our wills 🙂

Have just completed on our new build house, and as first time buyers would recommend Holden Smith. We were working with Zack and Laura throughout the process who made the whole process easy to and were very communicative throughout. Would recomend!

We've just use Holden Smith Law for both the sale and purchase of properties and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! Nicola was so honest, helpful and always available. She was so approachable and we never doubted if we were in safe hands! Callum, Kirsty & Eleanor were all so brilliant too. We had a very complicated case and were told to go with a firm local to us but we stuck with Holden Smith and they were the only ones through the entire process who were amazing! Thanks so much guys. If you're on the fence about using them, go for it. I would highly recommend!
