We were strongly advised by our broker to use this company for the conveyancing for the sale of our house, and the purchase of our new home. They did not disappoint! As sometimes happens, the process was not straightforward, which frays the nerves, it can also be very stressful and frustrating! Bethany was our solicitor, she was simply brilliant, always available and quick to get things done when needed. More importantly she kept us calm and informed throughout. Glad to say we are happy and settled in our new home. She is a credit to the firm and profession. Thank you! ☺️

Zack and Laura were nothing short of delightful to work with, and deserve a special commendation for their tireless efforts on my case(s) - three simultaneous purchases / sales. Holden Smith were recommended by my mortgage advisor and I have zero regrets, from the onset they were reliable, trusty, proactive and communicative. I can assure you, if not for their work ethic, this whole thing would have fallen through, but they kept at it, right to the very end. Zack and Laura were a breath of fresh air in contrast to another firm on the case. I can’t thank them enough for their responsiveness, timeliness and engagement…they were a real pleasure to work alongside. I would not hesitate to recommend them in conveyancing matters and more! This review has been a long time coming.. Sold my house back in April and also had a help to buy on it. I can honestly say the company is brilliant, it was local, had good reviews and so changed from the estate agent solicitor to this one after having seen more bad reviews than good from them, and I am so glad I did. There’s no denying the service is good and the work is clear and everyone I came in to contact with was good, but every single one of my props go to Laura Wheatley. Laura is the most professional, efficient, honest, loveliest person I have ever dealt with.. in any company I’ve had business with. Laura literally deserves all the good that comes to her. It was my first time selling a house and I was leaving the country at short notice and she made everything so seamless with fantastic communication. Thanks so much Laura and I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to write this but I hope you get the recognition you absolutely deserve and more ☺️

Have just completed on our new build house, and as first time buyers would recommend Holden Smith. We were working with Zack and Laura throughout the process who made the whole process easy to and were very communicative throughout. Would recomend!

I used this company twice in the same year. First experience was good, no issues so I thought I'd use them again when selling my house. Bad decision. Their communication was very poor, they kept asking the same questions over and over again after providing them with all the information on each occasion. They lost a document I had provided for financial evidence. I personally took the document into their office so they could take a copy, I told them I needed it back, a few days later I rang them asking for the document back, they said they hadn't received it, I told them they had as I had given it to them myself, they said they would have to check their archive, they came back to me saying they couldn't find it. I would not use or recommend them.
