Had a consultation with nick in Chester, I was not the client, I was there with a friend who is not used to dealing with legal matters. Consultation went well and nick promised to come back to us after discussing the matter with colleagues, that was a month ago approximately, still waiting despite chasing by telephone and email, not had the courtesy of any reply , very poor service in my opinion, would consider using them again. Further to their response, I would point out that they have never replied to my friend despite the promise to do so, nor did they reply to me saying they could only reply to him. Quite a poor response to a negative review really. I would have expected something along the line of “we’re sorry for the delay we can’t respond to you but we will respond to the client”. Sort of reinforces my view of a poor service.

What can I say! Hunters lawyers especially R.Shakespeare have been absolutely incredible during a really difficult time in my life. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always at the end of the phone proving me with reassurance throughout she made a very hard journey manageable. She is kind hearted and I felt like she really cared for me. She is an expert in family law, and she did everything she would to win my case! I am truly grateful her communication was impeccable and she always kept me informed with things Thank you!

I had a consultation with Adam McCollom from Hunter Lawyers regarding a civil matter, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and approach. Seemed to be positive and would address my situation and get back to me all I wanted is yes or no do you want to take my case on more than 4 wks later not responded so can conclude it's a no just a total waste of time.
