Can’t speak for other staff but she was just professional and gave solid advice, provided clarity as first time buyers and followed up. Her follow up skill is Topnotch even without asking. These solicitors have cost me thousands in unexpected payments due to their inaccurate information, poor timing, and lack of knowledge and understanding around conveyancing details. They verbally told me I wouldn’t have to pay stamp duty - this was wrong and left me and my wife scrambling to find thousands of pounds, putting us and our family through severe financial hardship, and nearly crashing our entire house buying process. Our case handler was continually unavailable while handling our case, but when they needed anything like payment or something on their terms they were relentless in chasing. Please save yourself the stress, the financial difficulty, and the stain of dealing with total incompetence and malpractice and don’t have your conveyancing done with them.
