From my first initial discussion with Asmaa Hannan Solicitor and right the way through the probate process to finalising my late mother’s estate the service I have received from Asmaa has been second to none. She has been accessible and approachable, prompt in her responses, clear in her advice and diligent in progressing the work. But more importantly her manner has been kind, caring and sensitive which has made the whole process of winding up my late mothers estate much less stressful. I would highly recommend Asmaa Hannan at Josiah Hincks Solicitors

Had a great experience using Josiah Hinks as a first time buyer, they offer a very transparent service. Communication from Jess was clear and helpful every step of the way. Having been recommended them by a friend and I would now recommended them anyone myself.

Trisha was recommended to us by Hortons who dealt with the sale of our property and we were very happy with the service we received on both the sale and the purchase of our new home. Trisha was very responsive and we felt 'in the loop' throughout the process. The day of exchange and completion was dealt with very efficiently which meant for a very smooth moving day for us. Trisha rang to confirm everything had gone through and congratulated us which was a nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josiah Hincks or use them again in the future :)

Do not use these solicitors they are inefficient, threatening and extremely rude. Three and a half years ago I tried to purchase a property with no onward chain, after four months of very poor communication I was forced to purchase a different property. As a result I was left homeless for two and a half months forced to live in a tent whilst being treated for stage 3 cancer. THE SOLICITOR WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE TIGHT DEAD LINE AND MY PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES BEFORE I ENGAGED THEM. Phone calls were ignored As a result I refused to pay the remainder of the invoice because of the poor service given and moved to another Solicitor I purchased another property, my mortgage offer had timed out resulting in much higher interest rate and a more expensive property which required extensive renovation, I am out of pocket by at least £60k Move forward two years and without warning or communication at my new address ( which they were fully aware of) they have put a CCJ on me at my previous address I only found this out when I tried to borrow. The bill now with the 8% interest is £1243.00 that they have added, A charity dealing with my affairs has contacted Hinks to explain that my end of life issues I offered £883.00 to close the matter or terms for the full amount Hinks response is if I don’t pay within 7 days they will send a debt collector to my home. If this is how they treat terminally ill people, anyone else do not have a chance. I have handed the matter to the Ombudsman Please do not use them

I had a great experience working with Karisma throughout my house sale. She was professional, responsive, and kept me clearly informed at every stage of the process, making what can be a stressful time feel straightforward and well managed.
