Failed to respond to a call back request via their website. Finally spoke to a receptionist on the phone who took my number and assured me someone would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago, I'm still waiting. I'm not the only one either, I spoke to a friend in the village who had the same experience after they had started her case. Such lack of professionalism at this level is appalling. Lost complete faith in them. Do yourselves a favour, save yourselves some time and take your money elsewhere.

Natasha and Laurie have been incredible during the process of us buying our new home. We sold and bought through them and as much as the deadline was tight, they did an excellent job gathering all the paperwork and talking to the right people. We had regular updates and we felt happy and assured every step of the way!
