Don't think I've ever known, heard or been subjected to such incompetence . This was an easy low cost claim , 99% complete just needed the final finesse. They "lost" all the paperwork and then lied and delayed the whole process for so long , i feel embarrassed for them . Keoghs have such a bad reputation I couldn't find anyone , in the uk !, willing to take on the case . Keoghs , and in particular the the laurel and hardy duo that I was lumbered with , were so incompetent and made so many mistakes I won an extra 150% on top of my original claim . By far , ...like miles , Keoghs have provided the worst service I have ever had the displeasure of using , their client must be bemused as to how the claim increased by 150% . The ratings of Keoghs speak for themselves, a truly poor service and a level of incompetence and ignorance that is beyond believe. My business has geen running for approximately 30 years , I have a 100% rating . For a law firm to have a 1 star rating with so so many complaints, they should be shut down and not permitted to practice. The worst legal firm by far .

Do not use this law firm, they will cost you money and time by not turning up in court to represent you, costing you another day's pay. Poor to no correspondence.

Anybody having problems with Keoghs should contact the financial ombudsman. Person crashed into my car and wrote it off while I was out the country and admitted complete fault. Yet for some reason it takes Keoghs months to take any action at all, a chimpanzee could run a better company. They will fob you off, they will refuse to speak to you and try to claim it as some bogus legal reason (there is zero legal reason for them to refuse contact with you). Keoghs are to be avoided like the plague, if I were in a position to do so I'd be investigating this company for bogus practices.

Pathetic lying dishonest incompetent unprofessional law firm. Avoid at all costs. Zain shah lying out of his teeth. This firm are pathetic. The lie and then don't answer calls or emails. Just to close a case they will accept liability while stating otherwise. They will fail to uphold their service and will not fight on their client's interest. Cowboys to say the least.

My first phone call was 40 minutes - after which they hung up on me whilst trying to transfer me to the appropriate person. On my second phone call now!
