Hi, Avoid at all costs I have to deal with them as they representing Asda as the defendant In a injury claim refuse to abide by the protocol rules disclose evidence requested and constant mistruths. They never get back in touch even after I have sent numerous emails and voice messages left. They senior claims handler at Liverpool branch he knows who he is refusing to get back in touch and share evidence. I even got in touch with the ceo Alison Carr and she just ignores you as well. Avoid at all costs. Avoid Alison Carr and keoghs

Experienced a car accident for the first time. Went through my insurance and they use Keoghs who are absolute horrendous. Solicitors are never available never respond to emails or ring back. Accident happened in 2023, 2 years later granted by the court by a judge stating I was not at fault Insurance (Hastings Direct) trying to get in touch on a number of occasions to resolve the matter and get their fees from the third party no response from them would not recommend these to anyone terrible experience and service still not been resolved claim still going against my insurance and effecting my premium when I was not at fault stated by the court THEY DO NOT LIKE TO RESPOND!! DO NOT USE!!

What a disorganised mess of a company from top to bottom. From first hand witness, this place couldn't organise a fire in a match factory they are that inept. How this place treat their own staff shows how little they care about their customers and policy holders. Overtime with no pay or time in lieu, even during the Christmas period. Often taking the pay to below minimum wage yet expecting maximum output on work. Bonuses cancelled, if you can even achieve this goal when supervisors fail to check work in good time and the amount of deadlines become a distraction. A complete lack of support and guidance on how to achieve goals and targets as a team, with everyman for themselves. Everyone can see the seams a bursting with the amount of work, but the burden lies with the lowest paid staff. With the ridiculous deadlines that the supervisors couldn't keep up with, everything is just in time. Ultimately costing policyholders their claims Supervisors and managers arguing amongst themselves, stroking their own ego. I saw other teams ostracised and disrespected, calling them untrained and unfit to go about their job. No collaboration and, again, everyman for themselves. Managers constantly calling you out of the blue without preparation and to corner you for things you haven't done. Appearing to throw as much muck at you to hope something sticks. The higher ups get off on these power trips, not seeing how this demoralises staff. Often found managers call about work before I'd clocked in for the day and keeping me on longer than my work day. I've worked in this industry for quite sometime, at one point viewing Keoghs with relatively high regards. After working here, I would not only avoid working here but avoid their services completely.

Unacceptable delays and poor claims handling A DPD delivery driver reversed into and damaged my light pole on 18 June 2025. I immediately reported it and provided clear video evidence along with multiple repair quotes. Despite this, more than five weeks later, my property is still damaged and no progress has been made. DPD passed the case to Keoghs LLP, their claims handler, who have shown a complete lack of urgency or care. I’ve had to repeatedly resend documents, chase responses, and push for updates — only to be told to wait longer. I was even asked for more images after already submitting a video of the incident. At this point, I’ve lost all confidence in DPD and Keoghs’ ability or willingness to resolve this properly. If you value your property and time, be aware: their post-incident handling is shockingly slow and dismissive. Still waiting — still no resolution.

The Keoghs team were really helpful in helping me claim after my car accident which wasn’t my fault. Guided me through everything, were easily contactable and most importantly got me my money back. Thanks Alyx, Chloe and Mark!
