Lamb Brooks were recommended to us by our Estate Agents - how lucky were we. I was one of the Executors of my mum's estate and we were using the Solicitors to deal with the sale of her property. Janine explained the process from the outset which was extremely useful. Allison, her assistant, was then our main contact and she was exceptional. She kept everyone informed through the whole process and if we received a communication we were not sure about she was always on the end of the phone to clarify. Allison works well outside business hours to ensure timely provision of information. The way in which she dealt with us was with compassion and kindness throughout the whole process. From offer to completion took 9 weeks which is a reflection of the proficient way in which they work. I would highly recommend Lamb Brooks.

Amelia Cox of Lamb Brooks was recommended to us by Right Choice Estate Agents. We were looking to move quickly and Amelia certainly helped us achieve that. The entire process from initial contact with Amelia to moving into the new property took just under 3 months and this included the initial buyer falling through and the property having to be relisted for sale.
