Unprofessional, unhelpful just stay away they don't respond to emails, return any calls after leaving many messages with reception been trying to get hold of Jocelyn Latimer for over 4 months. Before this I was given the wrong information and was told you need to get in touch with "CLAIRE" who will deal with your case again no response from anyone

These are not solicitors. They proceeded with completion of my unit without clearing past overdues of service charges resulting in legal actions against me from the management company even though i was not the owner at the time. After numerous emails and calls they never call back. Neither Steven Tomlinson, Emma Radakowski or Jocelyn Latimer. Stay away and find a proper solicitor for you.

I needed a solicitor to undertake the conveyancing on a property. Having searched for a law company on the web, I found Latimer Lee. Whilst reading through their website I felt that they were a reputable company and oddly enough felt comfortable to call them. Normally the image of a company on a website doesn't always mean they are proficient but their website sent (to me anyway) a message of sincerity. The complete process of obtaining my property was that of good communication and clear instructions and good guidance. Michael was my (professional) contact at their Bury office and was polite and helpful.

We initially decided to go ahead with LL Solicitors as their first Quote was within our budget but we quickly changed our minds. After responding to the offer, we were asked again via mail what we are planning to do. It made us wonder what the first Quote was based on... After confirming what we are looking to do, we have been told that they need to create another "full quote". We werent sure if we were understood correctly so we requested a quick call. We have been told that there is no time for a call, as they are "extemely busy". Communication is short, dismissive, rather impersonal and made us feel uncomfortable, as it didnt seem professional at all. If there is no time for a quick call, Im not sure if there is time to give a new customer the appropriate service. Dont recommend.

My experience so far with Latimer Lee has been absolutely awful. I was told at the start of my case in March that this would be a straight forward process and shouldn't take long at all. 4 months down the line, and the service has gotten worse and worse and I and still waiting. Replies started off great and I was really impressed with the quick responses from my Solicitor Emma. However, in the last couple of months I have had virtually no reply, and if I do get a reply, I am only told "I'm chasing the sellers solicitor" I have now sent 4 emails in a row and waited a total of 10 days without a reply. I called earlier to complain and nobody was available to talk to me. What a surprise. Absolutely appalled at the service I have received. Have not even been told how much the service is costing in total regardless of my constant requests for an invoice. AVOID!
