The most important part of the feedback that I would like to share is that although my case was a job for the firm, I felth throughout that there was a sincere care that underpinned every interaction. Professionalism was never undermined by the personable approach that my lawyer had. Advice was sound, communication swift and clear, I really could not have asked for a better team. I would advise anyone to read the information given before they take you as a client as it helps to manage expectations. Everything I have mentioned in this review is not a reflection of the outcome of my case but of the service I received.

I'm writing this review on behalf of an older family member who isn't quite adept with modern technology. The initial consultation was excellent, but when assigned a lawyer, things became unbearable. The dismissive and rude demeanour made it clear that client satisfaction was not a priority once signed up. Adding to the dissatisfaction was the apparent disregard for cost-effective solutions. Despite the availability of free support from certain agencies, Lovell seemed more interested in draining financial resources than exploring reasonable alternatives. This blatant disregard for cost-conscious approaches from both the domestic abuse centre and Lovell reflected poorly on their commitment to providing value for their clients. It was a shameful scam that this was the firm recommended by the individual at the domestic abuse centre, whether this was commission-based or just helping a friend or associate. The domestic abuse organisation downplayed the free government services available in favour of this particular firm, which this firm corroborated. It became evident that the firm was more interested in maximising billable hours than achieving favourable outcomes for their clients. The money put into the pot was drained without much moving forward. In summary, the experience with Lovell was marred by rudeness and wasteful spending. I strongly caution others against entrusting their legal matters to this firm. Seek legal assistance elsewhere for a more considerate and cost-effective resolution. After enduring this frustrating experience, a decision was made to switch to a different law firm. Entering the capable hands of this new firm was a game-changer. Not only was the treatment blessed with respect and courtesy, but it also demonstrated a commitment to efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Their professionalism and dedication to achieving positive outcomes stood in stark contrast to the previous ordeal. Within a reasonable timeframe and without unnecessary expenditure, the new firm successfully concluded the case, delivering the results that were initially sought. The journey from frustration to resolution underscores the importance of making informed choices when it comes to legal representation.

Lovell has a excellent team of solicitors working with him and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me over the years. They listen to you and your needs giving valuable advise and take action very promptly, very friendly and show sympathy towards your situation. I would fully recommend Lovell and his team ,still stay in touch almost 20yrs on , checking up on clients if they are all well. Very loyal, friendly and awesome solicitor!
