You judge a business by how they deal with issues and offer solutions. Rachel Macintye took 40 days to address the issues raised when her business, whilst drafting simple Wills, delivered versions which spelt my husbands names wrong and included non sensical sentences which had my husband leaving assets to himself in the event of his death. No apology, and in her judgement her team did no wrong, and she even suggested this is normal and part of the drafting process. I expected a level of professionalism, humility and competence which was not there. This has been an expensive mistake. Avoid them, they have several 1 star reviews for a reason.

Highly recommended. Brilliant service from start to finish. Everything was explained thoroughly to us, we had plenty of time to talk all our circumstances, through any concerns, and ask questions. The whole process was very professional and we both felt reassured that our needs and wishes were covered. Always recommend to anyone looking to write a will or update a previous one.

When I needed a family solicitor, Elaine came highly recommended by a close family friend. From our very first conversation, Elaine came across as extremely professional, warm, empathetic and honest. Most importantly, it was clear that she was primarily child focused, which was very important to me, as I wanted my son’s best interests always to be the top priority. Her interactions with my ex partners solicitors were always non confrontational, but robust in trying to resolve quite difficult issues. When the situation escalated, she responded quickly and supported me at a very challenging time of my life. Elaine and her secretary Alexandra, were always really approachable, reassuring and extremely professional. Elaine recommended an excellent barrister to represent me and when our case went to the family court, they worked together tirelessly to ensure that my statements and proposals were properly presented. It was a very stressful and daunting experience, but Elaine’s reassurance, support and guidance throughout, helped enormously. At the final hearing, the outcome was absolutely everything we hoped for, but hadn’t dared believe we could achieve. We will forever be grateful for Elaine and her team ensuring that me and my little boy will continue to have a close, loving, fun relationship I think we both deserve! It was heartwarming to see just how delighted Elaine was with the result and how genuinely she cared for myself and my family. Nothing is more important than family and whilst I hope never to need the services of a family solicitor again, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else and would 100% recommend Elaine to anyone who did! Thank you so, so much!
