We had such a good experience with Martin Elliott and Co, we would definitely use them again in the future, Isobel was assigned to us and she was amazing throughout the entire time, she was quick and efficient and answered any query we had. She responded promptly to emails and was easy to get in contact with. We can't thank her enough for making a very stressful move alot smoother! We couldn't fault the service she provided! We chose them as they were just around the corner from us and we are so glad we did. Her communication was excellent and she acted fast during the entire 4 months we worked with her. We didn't have to chase her at all, she kept us updated frequently with calls and emails. Excellent service!

As a first time buyer, Megan explained each step clearly, kept me updated throughout, and was always available for any questions. Their professionalism and support made the process much easier. We were recommended to use Megan at Martin Elliott by our estate agent. We were extremely impressed by all aspects of Megan’s work in both selling our existing house and purchasing our new house. Megan was phenomenally quick at responding to our phone calls and emails and took great care to make sure we understood every single stage of the process. The sale progressed very smoothly without any hiccups and Megan was very thorough in all of her lines of enquiry re searches etc. We would not hesitate to recommend her to others and are very grateful for all she did to make what could have been a very stressful time , straightforward and stress free.

We got there!! Huge thanks to Martin and the team for all their help. It was very challenging at times, but Martin was there for us, particularly at crunch time, and the phone call I received telling us that we had exchanged on the sale and purchase of our respective houses was a genuine LIFE HIGHLIGHT.
