Avoid at all costs. Severe lack of communication continually through out the process. Deliberately ignores direct instruction to carry out applications to the court. When communication, updates and actions have to be chased because of their lack of communication , they will have the audacity to charge you. I had to send 25 emails to chase basic instructions that had deadlines. Emails from myself only came after I gave up to two weeks grace beyond deadline, emails weren’t even acknowledged yet still charged. Spend your money somewhere else or you will be looking back on this review regretting the contact you signed.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, they made sure to get me the best terms on my contract I was signing. Also great communication in-between meetings. Highly recommend Mr burnside.

Terrible…Avoid!!! ….poor communication and inability to follow instructions and relay what was needed. Always too busy and never got call back or response to most calls or emails. In my humble opinion this firm is poor and added unacceptable stress and time onto situation. My opinion is go elsewhere to avoid real disappointment.
