Jody has been incredibly professional and helpful guiding us through this whole process. She was able to come to our house on an evening for appointments which suited us as a working couple. Highly recommended We’re extremely happy with Jody’s service. She was informative, professional, and exceptionally patient throughout the entire process. It took us far too long to get our wills sorted, and I’m genuinely grateful that she persevered with us in a completely non-pushy way. Her gentle check-ins every few months were exactly what we needed—without them, we likely still wouldn’t have our wills in place. Professional , friendly, trustworthy and absolutely no pressure or obligation. Everything was explained in simple terms. We were kept up to date on a regular basis and all documents were delivered promptly. Help was offered (and used) where required. Jody Cole was absolutely amazing couldn’t of asked for anyone else to to do mums Will at a very emotional time for us as we lost our dad a couple of months ago, she was very sympathetic, we didn’t really know how to deal with some of our wishes, her knowledge and advice was spot on. Would highly recommend Jody very friendly good sense of humour even though a difficult time for us.
