I am writing to thank you for your work in bringing my settlement to a conclusion. I appreciate the time, effort, and expertise you have dedicated to my case, and I am pleased that the matter has now been resolved. I do however wish to express that the overall process took longer than I had expected. The extended time frame caused me some frustration, and I feel it is important to share this feedback. In hindsight had I used my own motor insurance policy with legal cover, I understand that I would likely have recovered the full amount without needing to instruct external solicitors. This is something I had not fully appreciated at the outset. I believe it is useful for you to be aware of this perspective, particularly for future clients who may be in a similar position and would benefit from clearer guidance about available alternatives at the start of the process.
