I am very dissatisfied with the way my vehicle recovery claim was handled. The service felt impersonal and poorly coordinated, with too many different departments involved and no clear point of contact. Communication was poor — for example, I was asked for my bank details by someone I had never dealt with before, with no reference number or explanation given. The lack of clarity and responsibility left me feeling unsupported, and when my car was written off, my hire car was taken back immediately on 23rd December, leaving me without a vehicle at a very difficult time. Overall, I do not feel I was well looked after. I expect a full apology and for my complaint to be taken seriously, with steps put in place to improve communication and client care.
