definitely if I could give 10 stars I would. I registered on the site and within a few hours I was already called. I needed a translator which was only possible in a few moments. very patient and understanding and I trust that my case is in good hands.

Scam company! At the very beginning, I informed them about everything and clearly stated that I did not want to file a claim if any problems arose. Their employee assured me that I had nothing to worry about, that they would take care of everything and secure compensation. In reality, this led to years of court cases, harassment from bailiffs sent by them, and the disclosure of my personal data and statements to another client of their firm, who later contacted me. From the start, I wanted to go to court to present my testimony, but Optimal claimed that no one would represent me. Just a few days before the hearing, they abandoned me and my colleague, stating that they had done their job and that I had deceived them! There were street cameras at the accident scene, everything was recorded, and my colleague’s car was written off. When I requested recordings of my phone conversations with Optimal, they suddenly denied ever recording calls—even though their secretary always informs callers that conversations are recorded. When they twisted my statements and wrote something completely different from what I actually said, the recordings mysteriously "disappeared." However, when I recorded a conversation with another Optimal employee, she admitted that all calls are recorded and that it was impossible for them not to have the recordings! They scam people and ruin lives! I’m not the only one I've spoken to several other Optimal clients who were also deceived. They imposed huge fines and never informed them that they charge £450 per hour, even though they initially claimed their service was free. Stay away from them and protect yourself and your family

Very bad experience and now they want extort money. When they start making everything bad, they start telling they have a lot of years of experience. Always everyone tell " we have experience " When I want make complaint, 1 of " solicitor " start telling to do not and don't want to connect me with his " boss " and telling me he's doing he's best to sort it out everything. Don't put all evidence , saying they don't need on this step , lies on 1st day when I ring to them. - Mr Christopher, I was trying to complaint 3 times ... But Mr H K don't want to connect me with you , All my calls was transfer straight away to him. Even Medical report was done incorrect. How You care about people who trust to optimal ? How to trust to solicitors if they lie ? Very , very great job. After speaking with them I'm still nervous , I'm in depression ... And with unfinished case. ( I've closed case ) Because of mistakes of solicitor pushing me to sign documents to just finish case take money , and don't care. When I " close case " second site didn't know nothing about it. But you still was telling it's closed. It was ? Or once aging someone lie me ?

I do not recommend using Optimal Solicitors. In my opinion, they do not do everything they can for the benefit of their clients. Their communication is very poor – they do not respond to emails, and I have no idea what stage my case is at. I am starting to have serious concerns that I have been scammed because they completely stopped responding when they were supposed to receive my compensation. A lack of professionalism and reliability. I strongly advise against using their services!
