Terrible service. Woman on the phone was so patronising towards me. Kept repeating the same information to me and took a tone of annoyance. Wouldn’t let me speak. I simply didn’t understand what she was saying and she upset me so much I came off the phone in tears. Do not use optima legal! Disgusting behaviour.
