I was in touch with Optimal Solicitors before attending childcare mediation. The advice I received was on point — exactly what I needed — and it helped me feel much better prepared for the occasion. The person I spoke with didn’t make my world better, but they helped me make it adequate for the situation. I’m very grateful for that. If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation and is wondering whether to seek legal advice before mediation — do it. The prices are reasonable, but the peace of mind you gain is priceless and, in the end, may save you much more.

The most stressful and disappointing legal experience I have ever had. I regret ever instructing Optimal Solicitors. What should have been a straightforward personal injury claim turned into months of delays, poor communication, unanswered emails, and a complete lack of progress. In fact, in eight months they achieved absolutely nothing. Not a single step forward. Nothing. Zilch. I was left to chase them constantly, and still nothing moved. Important evidence wasn’t followed up properly, information went missing, and I was left without clear answers or direction. I expected professionalism — what I received instead was confusion, silence and avoidable delay after delay. My case handler, Shah Uddin, eventually stopped responding altogether, even after multiple formal requests. This left my claim completely stuck and caused significant stress, frustration and disruption to my life. Because of the way my case has been handled, I am now preparing legal action against Optimal Solicitors to recover the losses and damage caused by their delay and non-responsiveness. No client should ever find themselves in this position. This entire experience has been deeply upsetting, unnecessarily stressful and professionally unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think very carefully. My experience has been nothing short of exhausting, costly and damaging. Do not touch these.

They didn’t just turn up — they truly got involved, engaging with visitors and handing out hi-vis armbands to keep children safe. Still in the early stages but the advice received was thorough and clear. Options were given and explained clearly and help and advice to complete forms and was provided as well. So far very pleased.
