optimal solicitors I can only say one thing. Great service, professional approach to the client, fast communication and friendly atmosphere and all to make the client feel good. I tried to find the right lawyer for my case for 4 months. I spoke to 12 law firms and only optimal solicitors met my needs in my case. I highly recommend their services.

I recently contacted Optimal Solicitors to help me with my husband's separation. From the first conversation, the people already inspire confidence in success and trust in them. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, happy to help and explained everything in detail in clear terms rather than extremely confusing legal terms. Scam company! At the very beginning, I informed them about everything and clearly stated that I did not want to file a claim if any problems arose. Their employee assured me that I had nothing to worry about, that they would take care of everything and secure compensation. In reality, this led to years of court cases, harassment from bailiffs sent by them, and the disclosure of my personal data and statements to another client of their firm, who later contacted me. From the start, I wanted to go to court to present my testimony, but Optimal claimed that no one would represent me. Just a few days before the hearing, they abandoned me and my colleague, stating that they had done their job and that I had deceived them! There were street cameras at the accident scene, everything was recorded, and my colleague’s car was written off. When I requested recordings of my phone conversations with Optimal, they suddenly denied ever recording calls—even though their secretary always informs callers that conversations are recorded. When they twisted my statements and wrote something completely different from what I actually said, the recordings mysteriously "disappeared." However, when I recorded a conversation with another Optimal employee, she admitted that all calls are recorded and that it was impossible for them not to have the recordings! They scam people and ruin lives! I’m not the only one I've spoken to several other Optimal clients who were also deceived. They imposed huge fines and never informed them that they charge £450 per hour, even though they initially claimed their service was free. Stay away from them and protect yourself and your family
