Never again have I experienced a unprofessional, slow and incompetent firm. If you are an investor that deal with time, speed and quick turn over, stay far away from here. I have started the process of using this solicitor last year October time and didn't get completed until March of this year. Initially I was told it would be completed 6 to 8 weeks, which is normally the correct time frame. This was an conveyancing for a property, the agent that dealt with the case was called jenna gall, which is also head of director in regards to the conveyancing department. She is by far the worst director I have come across. She is very slow, made alot of mistakes and incorrect information which then contributed to delays on the application, not to mention costing me additional cost. For example. 1. I told her where to send a specific documents, which was my personal address and not the company's in order to not encounter any delays, told her a day before and the following day after she sends it to the company's address the same address I told her not to send it too. That then delays the process 2 weeks and from my understanding the documents was also lost in the post because it wasn't be registered has first class, hence why he took so long. 2. She send incorrect information to the lender ie. Wrong figures and coated wrong dates for the insurance without contacting me first. 3. She went as far as setting completion date and wasin't able to make those deadlines, aslo without including myself, so I wasin't aware. 4. She totally ignore my brokers calls and emails. She barely returned my calls or reply to email. I have to be constantly chasing her for information which then encounter delays. Her sponse to not replying to my broker was that, she is not apart of the process, so no need for her to reply. Which I think was rude and shows their unprofessionalism. As I have mentioned before they are the worst. These reviews is not correct about what they actually have to offer. But from my experience and my brokers this good reviews are a lies. Unless they are from different departments within the frame but I can speak for the conveyancing department that they are by far the worst I have came across. If I could give 0 stars I would .

I had an amazing experience with Jessica Lloyd. She was incredibly thorough, kept me updated, and stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. I had been dealing with numerous issues trying to get my court order, but everything became much smoother and faster as soon as Jessica stepped in. Her communication was always clear and detailed, ensuring I understood every step of the process. She was also very supportive and made what had been a stressful experience so much easier. I was forced to take on crime I didn't commit. I addressed the management of this firm. The management didn't act on my application. Feedback is a lie. I refused their services. I have a lot of witnesses in the courtroom. The judge was honest and accepted my withdrawal. Britain is not completely rotten. You have decent judges. This firm is rotten.
