Poor communication, error made on tax return,then tried blaming problem on me even though she submitted on my behalf. Excuse used "we went over tax return, my fault that I didn't pick up that amount returned not same as amount received in income. I'm sorry as a carpenter I'm not trained in accountancy and that's the reason I pay the £360 fee to avoid these problems. Would not use again poor service for such expensive book keeping rates.
