Professional and approachable Hannah made a difficult move from the UK to Wales so much easier , she explained and was quick to deal with some issues that came up, with honesty and gave me options to decide how best to keep the sale of my house and the buying of my new bungalow as easy as possible with fewer stressful moments, Thank you. My thanks must also go to Karen Dixon who kept me in the loop all the way throughout, she was reassuring and always available to talk to, if Hannah was busy thank you so much. I would not hesitate to utilise this solicitors service again, in fact I will be utilising this service in the very near future, to produce my will, I am confident that this will be completed with the sensitivity and professionalism required.

We found that the communication with everyone was good & Hannah , our solicitor was very thorough with the conveyancing . We found it particularly helpful that we could speak to Karen who works on the front desk at the Ystradgynlais office & she was always friendly and very efficient. She would pass on our queries & keep us in the loop of what was happening which was reassuring. We will use Peter Lyn solicitors again & can recommend them .
