Philip Anthony Associates, were very welcoming. They provide a great service very efficenct and reasonably priced. Even though I turned up on the wrong day for my appointment they managed to fit me in. Would highly recommend. All the team were very nice and very professional.

My wife and I recently needed to create an LPA for both of us so we approached PA Associates Ltd.We found Philip very helpful in explaining the procedure and guiding through it, in our case our appointed attorneys did not live nearby but Philip contacted them on our behalf so that everything was understood by them and signed properly At the same time we updated our wills again a very simple procedure. All in all a very helpful company which included the staff, we would definitely recommend them to friends and anyone who asked. Kevin and Carole Morris

I contacted this company with regards to making a will. Philip Anthony messages me and said that he did not want to have any dealings with me. He went on to say that since he bought his house off me he has had nothing but trouble with it!!! I rang his company and spoke to the receptionist who interrogated me asking if I had sold my house in Boothstown to him. I explained to her that I had bought the house I live in 41 years ago, and did not sell a house to him. I then asked to speak to him before I reported his behaviour. When I spoke to him he offered no apology for this case of mistaken identity, he spoke down to me and simply would not accept his mistake. I did write a review at the time but it has mysteriously disappeared. I HAVE TO RESPOND TO HIS REPLY, BECAUSE IT IS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE. I was never a client of his because of the experience I had with him. As I have stated above he mistakenly thought I was the person he had bought his house from. His written response to me was "I don't want to do business with you, after buying your house we have had nothing but trouble" I was totally baffled. After speaking to his receptionist and telling her that he needs to explain his actions to me, he eventually rang me. Absolutely no apology was forthcoming, he attempted to speak down to me until I challenged him. So in answer to his response. I was never a client, and my goodness, I never would be, and it didn't appear to be a case of mistaken identity. It WAS a case of mistaken identity, but he simply would not own his mistake, and thought he could speak to me in a condescending arrogant way. His first line of response speaks volumes when he refers to me as an individual. You are a rude man Philip Anthony !!!
