Me and my partner are currently in the process of buying a house and we are using Gent Law. They have been amazing I have dealt with Oliver most of the time and he’s always understanding and patient with any questions we have. Nothing is an effort and I have never been made to feel like a pain when I call. Thank you to Charlotte and her team in looking after us and we are so excited for what comes next. Absolutely blown away by the service that we received from Jodie at Gent Law. Buying our first home was a daunting thought after hearing all of the horror stories and bad experiences that others had received from other firms but Jodie quickly put our mind at ease, had everything under control and made the whole process so simple and easy. They acted quickly on our requests, were super responsive to emails and answered any questions or queries we had in more than reasonable time frames. Nothing was too much to ask and Jodie always reassured me, all the way through. We were even more impressed at the fact that she acted so quickly to get us moved in 6 weeks from start to finish! We were recommended to use Charlotte Birks, Miranda and the team at Gent Law by our broker. We had quite a tricky transaction to complete and were under significant time-pressure.
