Big thanks to these guys handling our remortgage. The whole process was smooth, well organised, and far less stressful than we expected. A huge shout-out to Marissa Huffen and Leah Bull, who managed our case. Both were proactive, clear, and really on the ball throughout. They even requested funds early to make sure there were no delays on completion day, which paid off as everything went through without a hitch. Best of all, our equity/surplus was paid to us the same day as completion, which was an amazing surprise. Couldn’t fault the service at all. I recently did a remortgage through Fidler and Pepper and dealt with Lauren Evans and Lauren Spencer. I was very pleased, everything was quick and easy. I was surprised how stress free it was. Normally people say that Solicitors tend to slow the process down but I couldn’t disagree more when dealing with them both. Regular communication and documents were sent and explained. Would highly recommend.
