Delighted with the service. Really informative, with everything explained simply. Appointments were easy to book and did not take long. Tom was very personable and we felt had genuine empathy with our best interests at heart. Although other services were offered, at no point did we feel pressured - simply advised - in a caring way with plenty of time to make decisions. What truly set this service apart was the extraordinary level of supplementary advice provided by Amanda. She offered vital guidance on ensuring our Life Insurance was in Trust, optimizing our Critical Illness Insurance to include our baby, and discussing the best structure for our joint/separate policies. She even provided proactive warnings about pensions being included in estates from 2027 and encouraged a Letter of Wishes. We had a great experience of the process after being referred by a family member. The whole process was clear simple and managed with humour and professionalism by Jonathan. We opted for additional Power of Attorney docs which were a little more complex but still easy to complete as we were guided step by step. Highly recommend.
