Had my free Will writing review with the fantastic Erin R - she was amazing. The video call was so relaxed and she made everything clear and understandable. She was polite, friendly and understanding of my particular needs. There was no pressure or demand to purchase additional services or products and she made the whole process less clinical and uncomfortable. Was lovely chatting to someone from the North East and someone who was not judgemental regarding my circumstances or my sexuality
