Slow responses (commented on several times by estate agent, and buyers solicitor) sarcastic, and nearly £1k in unexpected fees between completion day and several months after completion! A family member has used them previously so thought it'd be ok, but both myself and the same family member had a rubbish experience with them this time around, won't be using them again! Edit: I've now had a further letter from the freehold company to inform me that I owe £200 and that my solicitor should have sent a notice of transfer, but failed to do so!

Does Siobhan even work there? Made a complaint in July 2021 to both the Partner and Complaints Manager. The Partner was great at responding to emails, however I kept getting told the complaint manager Siobhan would come back to me on the complaint several times after I kept chasing for a response from July to September and I’ve not once received an email from her. Absolutely shocking service from what’s meant to be a professional service. Would never use again and would never recommend.

We got there in the end. If it’s speed or communication you’re after, I would go somewhere else. Things only got moving once Helen stepped in for which I’m thankful (hence 3 star and not 1). They all seem to work part time, so every email bounces back with an out of office.

Terrible experience when buying a house, they nearly broke the chain. Never answer phones! Reply to emails after you send 100. They don’t care about the law or legislation, they create their own rules. Was told the house was unmarketable and only for cash buyers. Interesting when other solicitor could complete the case with no issue. AVOID AT ANY COST !
