We used Ryan as our solicitor during the purchase of our first flat. As FTB, we were quite stressed about the whole process and Ryan was always available and able to answer all our questions thoroughly. He replied to our emails very promptly, and we never had to chase him to complete things; most of the time he had already completed whatever task was necessary by the time we asked! We are really happy with the service we received, and although the process in itself is stressful, we knew that Ryan would take care of things. I have used Premier solicitors twice now for moving house in particular Ryan Shepard was the solicitor on both occasions & I found him very approachable, knowledgeable & professional. There were no delays & I was kept updated with how things were progressing. I have no hesitation in recommending Premier. Couldn’t ask for a better service particularly as the second move was all done remotely due to my living far away.
