While I appreciate that conveyancing can take time, this firm was exceptionally difficult to work with. They were unresponsive to questions regarding the searches and failed to maintain adequate communication with the sellers.

Unfortunately we wouldn’t recommend Ratcliffe & Bibby after our Conveyancing experience. This was the 2nd time my partner had used them after having a good experience some years ago, we definitely won’t be using them again after our most recent experience. An oversight in the process with stamp duty which ended up costing us more money and a lot of stress. Neil did try to resolve it but the damage had already been done.
