Worst solicitor I have ever dealt with. Monique has no communication skills whatsoever. Phones go unanswered, emails are ignored for weeks, and there is absolutely no accountability. You are left in the dark with no updates and no support. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. If zero stars were an option, that is what they deserve.

Maria and Monique did the impossible and sold our leasehold flat, despite many pitfalls, a couple of back outs and a LOT of time (no fault of there's or mine). Many solicitors would have given up but they persevered and remained optimistic over the whole process.
