I am really pleased that I appointed Alistair in representing me for my divorce. I found him to be smart, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He also displayed empathy and was a calming influence, and the voice of reason, during my occasional bouts of anxiety at a particularly stressful time in dealing with my ex-husband. I'm very happy with the outcome of the settlement, and the avoidance of a full court case, which really illustrated his foresight, knowledge, as well as his fairness and realistic expectations from the very beginning. I enjoyed working with him, and appreciated his level of personal involvement in my case, and communication. I would certainly highly recommend him.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Alistair Myles and Georgina McCluskey. From the outset, their conduct displayed a serious lack of professionalism, integrity, and transparency. Their billing practices were unclear and unfair. I was charged for services that were never provided, and when I questioned these charges, the invoices were repeatedly amended, giving the impression that the amounts were fabricated. Shockingly, they even sued me for payment of a non-existent bill, creating additional stress and unnecessary complications. Promises and commitments made at the start of our engagement were not honored. Not only did they fail to secure a favorable outcome in my case, but I also lost my house, and their actions left me in financial difficulty. Their approach appeared to be driven more by greed than by genuine client advocacy, and their handling of the case caused far more problems than it solved. I strongly advise anyone considering Ribet Myles to explore other legal representation if they wish to avoid poor service, hidden charges, and legal disputes over invoices for work that was never performed.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alistair. His knowledge and pro-active attitude were reassuring, he was friendly and responsive, and most importantly he made me feel as comfortable and assured as possible during a very difficult time.
