When we faced a particularly challenging customs issue, Steve guided us through the process with remarkable clarity, patience, and expertise. His calm and effective communication, combined with his deep knowledge and ability to get to the root of the problem without aggravating anyone, made a huge difference at a time we really needed it. Towards the end, Peter Hastings also became involved, and he listened to us carefully, offered thoughtful legal advice, and liaised with the relevant departments efficiently. Thanks to their expertise and teamwork, the matter was resolved swiftly and smoothly. Truly outstanding service — highly recommended.

We recently used Claire Watson for the sale and purchase of our house and we cannot recommend her enough! She was professional but personable and made our experience a lot less stressful. Claire was thorough, easy to contact, and kept us well informed throught the process. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her in the future!

Not the best experience, Roger and Norton handled the sale of my house. Steve Clarke was the person who was handling everything, however contact between myself and them was not great. Then when everything was completed I was without a house and with no money for 4 days as they missed the “payment” time to send it over. But not only did that slightly annoy me, I then had to pay extra to my mortgage company because Roger and Norton didn’t send the money to NatWest till the 18th even though the completion date as the 15th. Therefore I had to pay extra days interest. Not the best experience, I personally wouldn’t recommend or use them again.

Professional, friendly and efficient. Our house sale was handled by Claire Watson who was fantastic. Communication was excellent and we trusted her completely. We will use them again in the future!

Huge thanks to Laura Rumsey for her help with our parents' financial affairs, both during their final years and afterwards. We really felt that Laura treated them like human beings, not just another job, and we are extremely grateful for her assistance.
