The worst firm and abusive staff. They have stalled my case for 2 years, I am of the firm belief that they are doing this on purpose and stand to benefit from stalling and misleading you. The solicitor misled me for 2 years, lying, gaslighting and ultimately telling me that my claim was worth much less than it was. They have no conscience and are out to get your money. Even the medical practitioner who is acting on thier behalf said he noticed certain burns and hair loss, but then refused to write that in the report. Upon contacting them, the doctor refused to have a conversation. Because he did not want to be confronted with liabilities and lies he had perpetuated. This is a very devious firm that is not on your side and continues to make bizarre accusations of not having you address, despite regularly sending mails to you. Basically making up any excuse to gaslight and manipulate to do their bidding, So far in 2 years they didn’t manage to get me a single doctors appointment for the psychological assessment for the harm caused. Despite being recommended by their own doctors to do so. They have acted in their own interest and refuse to work for you. It would appear that they are on the other parties side. I have phone recordings of the solicitor shouting and howling at me, and making belittling comments. Which I think needs to be made public. It is beyond the bounds of any reasonable decorum.

I slipped and fell and really hurt my knees on the floor of a supermarket holding my 6 month old baby. It took two years for me just to get an email saying my claim has stopped because “they had a good policy for people who slip”….. it was no win no fee. Don’t bother if that’s what you're planning to do

Avoid avoid. Unprofessional and not very forthcoming with information or progress. They claim an person who is sick person does not have the right to tell someone not to look into there medical file which doesn't relate to this case. Which seems abit unreal for someone acting in solicitor capacity to come out with that comment. Speaks volumes. Avoid avoid.

Please ignore the bad reviews! I currently have a claim going through by these fantastic solicitors and we just had a positive result, just awaiting the final stages of outcome. I was very anxious at first about going down this route and the main reason was to bring justice as the defendant had a very bad attitude about my accident that they caused. I was reassured from the start, they never over promised (or undelivered) but were informative all the way through, everything was explained to me in a straight forward way and I really love that they sent me a representive to do all the paperwork and that person was so kind, reassuring and excellent. Every step of my claim has been done professionally, reassuringly and I have been kept informed throughout. Amazing work from Jen and Agnieszka especially and all the staff there are so lovely. The lady I spoke to on the phone reception line is also so lovely and professional too. I don't understand anyone (the minority) who is saying anything bad about this firm, they are utterly amazing and I would say this even if the claim had not been successful. I also really like that everytime I sent an email to my solicitor, that I always get an acknowledgement response back which must be very hard for them as they must have a lot to do every day. Please trust these guys and girls ..they are amazing and trustworthy. Thank you to you all for your continued work.

Russell Worth Solicitors were totally on the ball regarding my claim. Having never made a claim before, I left it totally to them. They kept me informed at every stage of the procedure and with their skill and professionalism were successful in securing damages on my behalf. I am totally indebted to their practice and would certainly have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others who need a first class law firm.
