Phoned at 1030am from Lancashire re documents needing witnessing. 4 hours later having motorcycled to Hull, I walked in and Geoff signed documents. Quick, easy and pleasant to deal with at a great price.

I cannot emphasise enough how VERY poor the service has been. Very poor communication. No pro active service just purely reactive. Very slow to process transactions. Conveyancer often absent and us not advised so enquiries have gone weeks unanswered without our knowledge. One sale on property fell through. Only advised by estate agent. Conveyancer advised us days later! On completion of final sale we were only advised after two calls that funds from the sale would not be available for 3 days, which means the following week as completion on Friday.

5 stars doesn't even do the service provided by sandersons justice!! There service is exemplary and thanks to them they pushed our house move forward! Sharon Spicer and her PA leonie are so helpful and were always at the end of the phone straight away if I had any questions I honestly can't thank the team enough!! Smoothest house sale ever!
