Absolutely brilliant service from Simply in Peterborough. Lorraine Roberts and her colleagues were always on hand to answer any questions we may have had in a timely and professional manner. This is the second time we have used the Peterborough branch to help with our house move and on both occasions we have had a superb service. Well done to Lorraine and her colleagues, we would highly recommend them.

Exceptional service, from offer being accepted until exchange - 5 WEEKS!!! We could have completed on the same day but we had to empty the house for the new owner, so Completion was 6 weeks after offer accepted. Simply conveyancing worked for both the buyer and seller and it made things so much more simple, the doc portal was all online so made everything so easy. Very impressed Tom was super communicative at all stages, very helpful; and knew his stuff. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Conveyancing company. I was recommended using this company by my estate agent and their service was amazing. Totally exceeded my expectations. My solicitor Jake F was great. He always answered emails within good time and was available to speak to on the phone when I needed too. I was kept up to date on the progress of my sale and Jake explained everything about the process every step of the way so I was clear what I needed to do. The online portal makes it so easy to submit documents and complete paperwork etc also handy for keeping track of what still needs to be done. I will use this company again and recommend anybody moving home do as well. The price was very reasonable and the company are very up front about costs before you even commit so you know how much to expect to pay. Overall made what is a very stressful time much more manageable for me as Jake and the team were very supportive, easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with.

We used simply Conveyancing for our recent house sale. I would strongly recommend them! Our solicitor was easy to contact and always provided prompt replies and updates. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Even when our named solicitor went on holiday we were assigned another who was just as effective as s totally up to speed with our case file!! I’ve used independent solicitors before for previous house sales and have been frustrated by their slow progress so simply Conveyancing was a breath of fresh air. I won’t hesitate to use them again! Nicola and the team were fantastic right from the outset! Communication was excellent throughout (appreciate the lovely phone call from Dimitra to confirm completion) Nicola has always updated us and answered our queries swiftly and sufficiently, either via email or phone- which have put us at ease (we’re first time buyers) Also, they have affordable fees, which was laid out very clearly at the outset and towards the end of the transaction. Overall, the transaction went very well! Thank you for your time and effort! 100% recommend!
