The professionalism and manners are none existent, I spoke on behalf of potential client who needed some support in asking a qs and gave consent and was told no we don't speak to anybody else and that you understand English, when the client asked themselves they were nothing short of rude and seriously unprofessional. Was told if they didn't understand were not the right fit for them, instead of actually even taking the time to hear there concerns or actually even just take the time to explain the process bearing in mind we wernt even clients at this point!!!! I have never been told by a solicitors that someone cannot support, if anything they are normally told as long as permission is given and they are present that's not a problem I would seriously avoid this firm!!! No kindness or even any professional etiquette Particularly they lady that works there- I would question her qualifications in this profession
