I have rang so many solicitors offices for help and advice. NOT one of the solicitors have showed me respect to ring back and help mine family. The care and compassion is a disgrace. Why are they not helping. You ring them with all your private problems. They take your phone number and they never get back to you . My family deserves answers, fairness, and Justice in Court.
Website is very out of date and lists practises for services they no longer provide. However, the receptionist did everything she could to help and even said she'd get in touch with their head of communications to rectify the out of date database. Hopefully that's the case and this will be a far better service in the near future.
Lee who answered my mother's call was very understanding and took the time to listen. Was helpful and caring in every way
